Mission A

Privacy Policy

Version 0.2, last updated August 30, 2026

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and account type (Volunteer or Campaign Manager). As you use Mission A, we also store the campaigns you join, events you register for or check in to, points you earn, rewards you redeem, and messages you send to other members.

How we use it

We use this information to run the core features of the app: showing you relevant campaigns and events, tracking your volunteer impact and points, letting Campaign Managers see who’s participating in their campaign, and letting members message each other. We don’t sell your personal information.

What Campaign Managers can see

A Campaign Manager can see the display name, activity, and points of volunteers in their own campaign. They cannot see your email address, password, or activity in campaigns you haven’t joined.

Your choices

  • You can hide your weekly streak from your own dashboard and profile at any time.
  • You can opt out of appearing on a campaign’s leaderboard at any time.
  • You can request deletion of your account from your Profile page.

Email, SMS, and push notifications

Activity notifications (event reminders, quest and streak updates, and similar) are shown in-app only — we don’t email, text, or push those to you. We do send account-related email through our authentication provider (confirming your signup, or a password reset link if you request one), and if you submit feedback through the Help page, it’s relayed by email to our team, which includes your email address if you’re signed in when you send it. We don’t send marketing email, and we don’t send SMS or push notifications at all yet.
