A few basics to get you moving.
Finding something to do
Browse Opportunities, tap an event, and register in one tap. You'll start earning points the moment you register for or check in to an event.
Switching between campaigns
Use the Campaign selector at the top of the sidebar. Your role, Volunteer or Campaign Manager, is set per campaign, so switching can change which navigation you see.
Becoming a Campaign Manager
Pick Campaign Manager when you sign up, or ask an existing manager of a campaign to promote you from that campaign's Members page.
Are quests, streaks, and leaderboards optional?
Yes, all three are extra, not requirements. Quests are bonus goals you can ignore with no penalty. Your weekly streak is tracked automatically, but you can hide it from your own dashboard and profile anytime from Profile. It keeps counting in the background even while hidden. Leaderboards work the same way: you can opt out from a campaign's Leaderboard page and your name and points stop appearing there, without affecting the points themselves.
